Comprehensive Marijuana Reform

I support legalization of medical marijuana and recategorizing marijuana away from a Schedule I Substance at the Federal level. This will create jobs and provide muchneeded tax revenue to the Commonwealth. We have been wasting resources continuing the failed "War on Drugs". It is time to end this costly prohibition.
Medical Marijuana is Effective

Medical marijuana is the only effective treatment for certain types of epilepsy in children. It helps those with cancer and PTSD manage their pain and anxiety. Allowing citizens to consume marijuana to manage their pain will help them avoid addictive and dangerous drugs, including prescription opioids and pain killers.
